If you choose to connect your Google Drive, we only access the specific files you select for submission. We do not access or store your other private files or folders.
3. How We Use Google Data
Our application uses the Google Drive API to facilitate student assessment submissions. We use this data only to:
- Allow you to browse and select PDF files from your Drive for submission.
- Generate a viewing link for your instructors to grade your work.
- Link the selected file to your academic record within Tvet LMS.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. OAuth tokens for Google Drive are stored securely and encrypted. We never share your personal or academic information with third parties without your explicit consent.
